Each object, carefully and precisely constructed by hand from silicone and pigment, has its own character and form. Yet when they come together, they create a harmonious interplay – a swarm of light and life. In this series, Reichert explores the balance between individuality and connectedness. His Lichtwesen seem to breathe, move and communicate with each other, as if they were part of a living organism. The Swarm invites the viewer to reflect on the power of collaboration and the beauty of diversity.
